Sure, I’m a total sucker for anything Scottish. But can you blame a girl for loving the inevitable fall fashion favorite? There is something so effortlessly cool, yet old worldly about a plaid garment. Not to mention there are hundreds of different tartan variations, varying from the ancient clans of Scotland. This season, throw on a plaid blazer, scarf, flat, maxi dress, or even a tartan manicure. You won’t be able to help but feel like a warrior yourself. xo
Can a girl ever have too many bikinis? Absolutely not! That’s why I love to stock up on every possible style, color, and texture. This summer I’m loving neons, crochet, and the adorably retro high waisted bikini.
If anything can get you through a Monday after a long weekend of friends, beach, and a wee bit too much wine, it’s Kate Moss. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, she is obsession worthy; there’s just something absolutely unreal about her aura. She inspires a coolness, an innocence, and a power all her own. Ladies and gentlemen….Miss Kate Moss.
Kate’s first ever photoshoot, nailed it!
I’m dreaming of the desert…Of wide open spaces, rambling thoughts for a rambling road….where there’s no where I have to be, and all the time in the world to get there. Filling up with the calm, crisp, immortal beauty surrounding me, and the quite power that lights a blue fire of imagination and wonder within my soul…I’m dreaming of the desert.
This weekend, I’m obsessing over nose rings and rainbow locks. Somehow these two go perfectly together; both can be subtle and demure, or loud and striking. I’ve debated getting my nose pierced for what seems like forever, and you know what, fuck it, you only live once. Have a happy weekend Daisies!
Love me some KM
WE LOVE HATS! Or we hate hats, but hats are not something for the feint of heart. You’re either all in, or all out, and I happen to be aaalllllll in. Floppy felt and straw hats are perfect for summer; they pull any outfit together, either a sweet summer dress, boyfriend jeans, or a simply bikini, a well worn hat can make an outfit a summer ensemble.
Somehow, although not surprisingly, I love anything that glitters, shimmers, and sparkles. Maybe it’s the fairy blood in me, (just kidding, but sometimes I do wonder), but my eye is constantly drawn to things that shimmer. With that said, it can be hard to make a sequin skirt stand out for all the right reasons, but when paired with simple accessories like a floppy hat, a boyfriend blazer, or a over-sized tee, your glittery, shimmery, sparkly pieces will become your new favorite wardrobe staples.
